Abiding Love Adoption Agency
We are an Open Adoption Agency that serves Birthparents and Adoptive Parents with the help of Advocates, other Agencies, and Adoption Attorneys. The Agency was created by two passionate women who wanted to make Birth Parents the center of the Adoption Process, but also saw a need to educate Adoptive Parents regarding the intricacies that always arise on the Adoption Journey. This holiday season – with your help – Abiding Love wants to provide Christmas for their Birthmothers and their families. Here is how you can help.
America’s Second Harvest of Coastal Georgia
America’s Second Harvest of Coastal Georgia is a locally inspired, volunteer-driven nonprofit food bank. It serves as the food safety net for tens of thousands of children, senior citizens, low-income families, and people with disabilities who are at risk for hunger throughout Southern Georgia. Our programs include Brown Bag for the Elderly, Grace’s Kitchen, Kids Cafe, Mobile Food Pantry, and Partner Distribution.
CASA Glynn, Inc.
The mission of CASA Glynn is to recruit, train, and supervise volunteers from our community to advocate for the best interest of abused and neglected children.Each year, over 500,000 children in the United States are thrust into court through no fault of their own. Some are victims of violence, psycho-logical torment or sexual abuse, neglected or even abandoned by their own parents. Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) speak for the best interest of children who are brought before the court and are commited to the case until the child is placed in a safe, permanent home.

Our mission is to provide distinctive cultural events and education that engages, inspires and celebrates our community. We accomplish our mission with year-round programming that includes live performances, cultural events, and educational activities. With the support of community partners, local businesses, and individuals, we are proud to be at the center of the cultural life of Glynn County and the City of Brunswick..
Glynn Community Crisis Center
Glynn Community Crisis Center is devoted to help individuals in domestic violence situations. It provides emergency shelter, legal services, counseling, family support, community outreach and other services to persons battered and or abused-commonly referred to as domestic violence. Glynn Community Crisis Center is seeking individuals or businesses to participate in our Secret Santa program that will provide gifts to 10 families who are currently in the domestic shelter.
Glynn Visual Arts
Glynn Visiual Arts mission is to ”promote the expression and appreciation of visual arts.” though classes, exhibitions, and cultural programs. Established in 1953, Glynn Visual Arts is a non-profit 501c3 organization serving as the community’s visual arts center. We offer classes for all ages in many art mediums, an expansive exhibitor’s art gallery, and three festivals annually.
MAP International is a Christian organization providing life-changing medicines and health supplies to people in need. MAP International provides immediate humanitarian assistance and relief aid including medicines and health supplies to people left homeless and without access to basic services. Every $1 you donate to MAP allows us to provide $80 in vital medicines and medical supplies to children and families in need in over 100 countries, treating 10 million people each year.
Safe Harbor Children's Center
Our mission is to provide shelter and therapeutic services to children who have been abused, abandoned or neglected; who are homeless or at risk. Safe Harbor offers shelter from the streets and harm’s way, providing immediate aid, counsel and comfort. Our children receivemedical/dental services, and assistance with all aspects of their education, including transportation, tutoring, and supplies.
STAR Foundation of Coastal Georgia
Works to end poverty in our community by educating and empowering adults with the foundational skills needed to thrive personally and professionally. During a 8 week program students learn computer skills, conflict resolution, problem solving and customer service skills to succeed in any work enviroment. In addition, students learn to manage their money and banking basics and the importance of saving.
Tab Smith Ministries
Tab Smith Ministries is called to serve the network of indigenous churches on the Navajo Reservation that is the size of West Virginia with 180,000 indigenous residents. The poverty and unemployment rates stager in comparison to even those of developing countries. We partner with over 10 churches to promote Navajo outreach as we train church leaders to reach the spiritual and physical needs of their own communities.
The Gathering Place
The Gathering Place is a community-based student leadership development organization that has served the youth of the southeast since 1981. The Gathering Place reaches thousands of Middle School, High School and College age students through mentor groups, large outreach events and internships. The Gathering Place exists to REACH students with the Gospel of Jesus Christ, EQUIP them to be effective Christian leaders and SEND them to impact their communities and world.
